Centered at 437.412831 MHz. First capture with Funcube Dongle Pro+,
and for some reason the tuning is off. Noticed earlier test with
telemetry from AENEAS satellite was also about 100kHz lower than expected.

SDRSharp defaulted to -120ppm correction, set to 0 per docs, but clearly some
further adjustment is needed!

[edit] Well, actually... After testing with an RTL2832 side-by-side, checking
some clear signals in FM radio and 900Mhz, and a few CW beacon satellite
passes, it's basically spot on. So, not sure why SDR# was showing packet
data at 437.4 Mhz. 

[edit2] Thought this might have been PhoneSat 2.4 instead, but the soundmodem
decode clearly shows it as being from KD2BHC, which is indeed KickSat. I can
only assume a bug with SDR#.
